GP&D is also actively involved in community-orientated projects including retail developments, schools, community relocations and land reform projects on behalf of both government and private institutions across Gauteng and South Africa.

Managing engineers, environmental practitioners and land surveyors to ensure a co-ordinated submission through to proclamation.
Finalising the township proclamation process and ensuring all development conditions are met for community occupation and use.
